Linda Made Me Do It.
We finally did it. It took us a while, but the wait was filled with significance. Linda brought her camera, for documentation and didn't realize she had it until she was done. So I didn't get one of her getting her tattoo. She did however send me these shots.
I seriously had no idea we were actually GETTING A TATTOO. I thought we were just checking out the artist and the cleanliness of the place. Linda emailed me and asked me to see if Forever Yours Tattoo Parlor was open. So, it was open until 9 p.m. and she asked me to meet her there. I thought we should check it out, to be sure... Well, apparently to my dear sister Linda, she was totally satisfied with the place and had her heart set on getting a TATTOO NOW!
We went in and apparently it's customary to get an appointment for these types of things. I didn't know this, nor did Linda. So, we hoped told them what we wanted and they actually had time for us. So... we did it. He got us both in and apparently it was simple enough for him to do with one arm tied behind his back. Linda's tattoo story is really much better than mine and I will tell it in my memoirs. Mine was...Oh shit. You really are going to do it now? I don't know if I'm ready. I...ahhh... well...oh shit... really? Now? Tonight??? Oh, OK.
I love my tattoo. And Linda's Too.
