The Everlasting Knowitall..and other stuff

We're enjoying what might just be our last weeks in Minnesota at our blessed home that God provided for our enjoyment. I have such fond memories here, it makes me verklempt.

All of these flowers came from Doris and Selmers. Many are from Grandpa and Grandma Sirotiak home place in Wisconsin. If you want some of the transplants... let me know and I will put some in pots as i have a plethora. I am blessed to have had these fragrant beauties as they have added much to our lives. I planted Petunias again in honor of Grandma Ethel and Grandpa Clarence. I remember every year in Lakota the two of them filled a huge flower bed with red petunias... now I know the investment both in labor and money they made in flowers over the years.

I digress...

Spaceballs: Yogurt...just plain yogurt.

Jada brought Shammai over this afternoon. Shammai requested Movie Night. Lights out...all over the house. And those two were at it again...Shammai on Dennis' lap watching you guessed it: Spaceballs. More giggles and hilarious laughter. Unbelievable...two peas in a pod.

The other day I had Lori, my personal trainer and friend along with her two kids over for a swim. The weather cooperated and the sun was hot. The kids had a ball and we delighted in the afternoon.

Emily, Lori's daughter was engrossed in Shammai. His brown skin and his not femaleness... Lori told me Emily told Shammai he had breasts like her dad.

Shammai just looked at her, thought a moment, and swam away. I guess that was ok to him.
