Coming of Age, Raphael, Sunset Rolls.
That's right. I have been a Sushi poser. I don't eat Raw fish. So, it's been California rolls, Spider Roll... etc. You get the drill.
So, tonight, at Satori's near our Condo in Scottsdale, I went for supper. I asked the Chef at the Sushi bar what he'd recommend...well, he said the Sunset roll. I said what's on it...well spicy tuna... salmon and something else..but Avacodo...crab... etc. etc... wow. The best Sushi I've ever had. I am no longer a Sushi poser. He's Raphael...from Mexico. My Sushi Chef. We're both posers.

I have asked that same question at Satori's. What is it you make here that is great. I got the same answer as you and enjoyed that very same roll. Good to hear that you are working your way up the sushi ladder.
