Exhausted, But Happy.

Apple Harvest

I got up today at 9:45 a.m. ! Went to let the horses out and checked the apple tree. You know, the one that's left. There were three. Well, there were two apples ready for me. One was wormy, the other... well...there it is, all two inches in diameter...looking all bad and tastey. I baked it and put it on my wild rice pancake I made for breakfast.

Bikescapades:

Well, for some reason, my clock has been set a few morning lately one hour ahead. So, that great night sleep I got, just got an hour shorter. Anyway... the morning was crisp and sunny. I thought it would be a great day for a ride. I have wanted to drive to Farming for some reason, so that's just what I did. I went into St. Stephen, Drove Cnty Rd 9 to St. Anna, took 360th street to Albany, off to County Rd 10 which turned onto County Rd 23 and there it was, the four way stop... it was Farming. I kept driving and dang if I didn't end up back on Cnty Rd 9 that took me the back way to AVON! Yikes. Full circle. It was beautiful. I took my camera and got a few shots, but unfortunately the most of them didn't take cause my setting was off. I then stopped off at the barn and rode Krizzy for an hour. I was the only one at the barn, I rode outside in the hot sun.

Later, I went to the gym and exhausted myself, then went grocery shopping.

I bought bison hamburger and made a bison burger. I am full, fat and sassy.
