Detox: Day 13
The days are dragging by as I detox my body from everything harmful...almost. I am on day 13 in a 28 day body detox ritual. All foods of substance are gone. No wheat, no milk products...no meat, no food basically. Only water, organic vegetables, fruit, rice and some concoction Dr. Gina sold me and a few capsules called Ava Clear. I haven't stopped my a.m. coffee yet, nor have I cut out alcohol completely. I have dropped water weight and fat. Three pounds, but the goal wasn't weight loss, just cleansing organs. I have discovered new things: guinoa, a Peruvian grain high in protein that is grown in the Andes and is known as the mother of all grains. Rice breads, crackers and also, homemade humus. Rice cakes, avacado and tomato with homemade humus is a great treat for a starving person. Will try making humus sans the garlic. Tastes great, but it doesn't go well with...well breathing in public as I have been clearly told. I do feel healthy and strong though, when I am not cold, shaking and delirious from starvation.
