What if I lost my eyebrows

A couple of days ago I had my usual beauty treatment. Had my face waxed and my hair cut and highlighted. It's really a great treat. Brings me back to days of childhood when my dad would drop my mother off at her weekly appointment to get her hair done. The women of the early 60s did this as a weekly ritual. Any wife of a professional man did this and it indicated status. It's different today. I go every six weeks, sometimes longer and only when I need work done. I have been at my salon/spa for years in spite of its large plate glass windows to the street where teenagers come by and watch the action like we're monkeys in the zoo. The finale for me was the time when I asked the beautician to please arrange to take me to the back room to for waxing. She said no problem but she didn't have access tonight, but would for sure next time.
So, she proceeded to wax out in the open, in front of huge plate glass windows and with other patrons all around. Including an 8 year old girl who's mother thought it a form of entertainment for her daughter to watch the other women get treatments. The fat little kid plunks herself in front of me and says to her mother: "Is she a grandma?" "Does she have a mustache?" The mother said nothing. The beautician froze in disbelief and horror. She truly felt my pain. The child continued, the mother said nothing. I seethed.
Things are different today. Now each treatment is done in the back room, very comfortable. They have curtains on the plate glass windows to ward off gaukers. The child still comes in and gauks. I've heard now that she sat and stared at a flaming gay guy while my stylist did his hair. Her mother did nothing.
Anyway, I learned something new. Women lose their eyebrows and other hair (pubic?) as they age. I didn't know that. So go easy on your eyebrows and those old women who draw fake eyebrows on. I will now change my tune and not be disgusted by old women with penciled on eyebrows.

they should have glueable eyebrows for women. Men on the otherhand grow hair wildly out of every where(nose, ears, eyebrows). so, what is worse?

I would have said something to the mother... very loud and rude... of course probably right before leaving.
