Visiting KC, The Stewarts and All.
We drove 17 hours to Kansas City from Minneapolis just to see the kids and their parents at their new home. Gabe's school is just perfect for him, the Stewarts' new home beautiful and they are settling in just wonderfully it seems.We enjoyed viewing the city, eating out and just hanging out. I wasn't there, as you can tell by me not being in any of the photos.

Her eyes are the color of the summer sky. She's also strong as steel, sweet as sugar. Gabe is a kind hearted boy and tender as a reed in the wind. What a lovely family. Joseph was on crutches and a great sport as we made him go shopping downtown KC for the afternoon. Lasha has big plans for her new home, landscaping and painting. She also has teaching responsibilities and her future is bright.
The drive was tolerable and so we hope to make see them all again sometime soon.

Yeah mom...the pics looked great. It's too bad you couldn't have made it to visit...hahaha
the 17 hours to drive is for both ways.I would not want to mislead your readers. It was fun playing with both of the kids. We had our own room in the basement(which was all fixed up) to ourselves in the evening.
Speaking of misleading the readers, my house is fabulous, with a touch of sass, Joe is hot but I am even hotter in my new hand me down skivies...
Such a beautiful and well behaved daughter. Where does she get all those good traits from?
