My Favorite Things. IPOD & SNOW

It's official. I am in love with my Ipod. I sleep with it even. There has never been a better invention. It is so small and unobtrusive. I can sleep with it, run with it, i even shovel horse shit while it whispers (more like shouts) in my ear. Thank you whoever you are that invented it.

Another of my favorite things: Snow storms. Cold air on my face, a gale force wind and snow. But, you have to be dressed in Carharts. We've been in a blizzard. My Spanish tutor came for dinner and weathered the storm. Jada was here too. But Marta's little light weight car slipped off the driveway, it was glare ice under the five inches of snow and she ended up in our field. After getting her out, she slipped in again and we called Paul W. and he came with his truck. Bless him. She finally made it out, after a few more mishaps... but, I loved being outside in the wet, winding ice pellets hitting my face. It feels like when I was a kid...We assume she made it home.
