The Blogger Queen Celebrates Christmas

How are you going to know if I am having a Merry Christmas if I don't blog.
We had the pleasure and honor to be at Shammai's first Christmas Program. He was so silly. He screwed up his face and made all kinds of silly faces whenever he looked at me. What the...
I think he was embarrassed and uber nervous. So cute.
It was a great time, reminded me when I was a girl and my parents would always have us in the Christmas program. We would sing and tell the Christmas Story. We would have parts assigned to us and have to memorize them, not read them. We worked very hard on this and would go to practice for weeks ahead of the program. It was a lot of work I remember and being so nervous. I also remember my dad sitting there balling like a baby with pride at his kids up there on the podium resiting the Bible story about Jesus' birth. He was always so touched and I remember seeing my mom also sitting so straight and proper, looking very proud as well.
Great memories for me. My parents gave me a great foundation for life with these things.
