Snoqualmie Falls

A great name for a short story. I have just the story too...
I was awakened at 5 a.m. Seattle time to a strategic planning meeting. Was on the phone for almost two hours. Answered emails, was on a couple more calls, then showered.
I spent the day traveling all over Seattle for work taking photos for the financial report. It was rainy all day and I asked Naarah if it would rain all day like this and she said yes, it will be like this all day. That meant pouring rain, not a drizzle. So be it. I had work to do. I drove to Bellevue in Adriel's old car (nice car by the way)... got a bit turned around as usual, found the place and met up with my guide... a bank customer. We drove all over the sound and it rained like crazy just until the time I was to take the photos and then the sun came out. Nice.
Was graciously treated to dinner at Salish Spa on Snoqualmie Falls. Just beautiful as you can see. I was treated to wine, rib eye and a scene more beautiful than I've seen. It rained to add to the Seattle-esq.
It took me 1 and a half hours to get back to Naarah and Jason's.The 520 was at a standstill. I honked at the guy in front of me, but he as as stuck as me. DUMB. I also got lost taking the wrong exit. Shit. Worked out fine, but I need to listen better when given directions.
That was my day. The falls is only 15 minutes from Jason and Naarahs, which inspired me to go there, for a day at the spa and a nice hike... sigh...

Very nice...now I know where Iwant to go on my next visit.
The spa, of course!
That sounds like quite a day. Nice shot of the falls. It also sounds like you had quite the meal. The Seattle traffic really sucks. There are a lot -O people live around there and traffic can pile up in a hurry.
