Firemen, wine and shoes

It was a fundraiser for burned children and someone had to do it.

It started out on the bus, yes public transportation. We saw this young thing on the bus and felt sorry for her so we took her with.


It was best to Park at ML's apt. and hop on a bus for the Hyatt downtown Seattle. I bid on used shoes for charity, tasted wine of all kinds and thanked the helpful young men for all their efforts. I bought a calendar and had the firemen autograph their months... aren't Firemen sweet? The funds will go to the Children's Burn Unit and I for one was glad to do my part...(give give give... that's all I do) and I plan to give up to the Hanson family Christmas.

We all enjoyed ourselves, the firemen were a highlight and the fight that broke out between two women over not winning the bid for her shoes.

Well, it was fun. They got some of my money and I am sure young kids in tragedy will benefit.
