Stephanie, Lori and Teresa

Here I am in West Desmoines. I ordered a queseda, got some crappy burrito. But the chips and salsa are good.
Nice little spot. Feel safe.

Three trades women, my personal trainer, hair dresser and horse trainer have so much in common.
Each one pays great attention to detail in their respective careers.
Teresa for example... sends off her boarded horses winter coats to be washed. She hates that she paid $16 to have them cleaned and they come back soiled. Do you think the horse cares? No, they hardly notice. She on the otherhand sends them back to be cleaned properly. Her horses and her barn's reputation is at stake here. It's the details that make the difference. Attention to the details... She tells me about the supplements horses in her barn are on, this one and that one. She tells me in great detail about each horse's ailment. I complimented her on her attention to detail when it comes to her horses and riders. My horse and I are forever grateful.
My hairdresser. She's all of 22. But she's telling me about her training in skin care and how excited she is to be learning thi new skill.
Stephanie is a professional, always learning and growing in her field. She cares about the slightest thing and I am glad. As my beauty is in her capable hands.
Last of all my physical trainer Lori. Lori corrects me when my form is bad, she kicks my ass every Friday morning at 6:30 a.m. She shows no mercy and it's for my own good. My body fat has decreased and lean muscle increased. We are making progress and she cares it's done right. This morning I was able to give a bit back. Her father in law just died suddenly and her daughter has since been very naughty. Easy for me to see, but in her grief she overlooked the obvious. Her daughter was feeling out of control in the wake of the death of her grandfather. She was being naughty as a result. She said she would spend some one on one time with her daughter to try to comfort her.
So, do I do the same in my trade? Look after details... watch the tiniest thing? I think so. It is great to see others who care about what they do.

A good day.
