My Movie Review/The Trip

My Movie REVIEW: The Prestige

Ok. Before I get going on a recap of my trip.... You all need to see The Prestige. OMG. Best movie in ages. Intense and intrigue. Seriously great acting and writing and pace. A must see.

Back to the trip.
I had a great time. Emily and I are great travel buddies.
Wednesday: Picked Emily up at airport early Wednesday. We spend most of afternoon at the pool, then went to eat at Taifoon... my favorite Thai place. Nearby of course was Judi Arizona, my favorite boutique where I promptly pulled out my credit card and left mucho denero with my friend Judi. It will hurt later.
You should see how hot I look...:-)

Thursday: We took a ride in the convertible to Sedona. We also managed to solve EVERY problem in the world on the way there... What a great time. Parked at Sandy and Ed's and took our cameras to the canyon. Got out beauty fix and some nice shots. Sandy invited us for dinner and gave us a tour of her house. We went to the Dairy Queen where I got my Holly and Aaron Hug... and Emily was able to buy a great Indian bracelet. She was so thrilled with it... I got some cowgirl dishtowels.... Hmmmm Blew my wad already. After we got home we tried on dresses, I her blue one and her my red one. We both looked hot and it was fun.

Friday, we drove around looking at model homes... found a moderately nice lot... got great ideas for home decorating because we all know how much I love that...(hire the decorator). But, travel buddies give and take you know. I had the vet washed... dad thought I was talking about the veterinarian when I told him ... I clarified. Then we found a live jazz band on Friday night and ate a nice meal. I had lamb, she had scallops.
Saturday, We had a nice breakfast, IN. Each day mind you. She eats a huge breakfast, so I had to oblige. We walked to Westworld to watch the hunter jumpers compete. What fun. There were riders of all levels and to see their intensity was so inspirational... for both of us. The horses were beautiful and the sun was hot. Very fun.

Your pics of Sedona are great. When I was there with Adriel we couldn't see anything cause it was so rainy and foggy! Sounds like you had an awesome trip!
