Dobie has passed.He seemed fine this morning. I fed him a half can of dog food. He came to say hi to me and I pet him.
He disappeared later in the day. Dad found him dead in the barn.
Just where he'd like to have died.
Your dad took great care of him in his last days.

Well thankfully you fed him that day... hopefully he did not die of starvation. Hopefully it was the cancerous tumor in his belly. :( Poor Dobey, I wish I payed attention to him more the week before he died. He was looking bad and I did not want to stink or get dirty. :( He lived a pretty good life. He and Sandy rocked for a few years.
