Coffee Heaven

Ok. So, I was pretty upset that Dennis bought a coffee maker. Every time he does it the coffee is crap. The thing breaks in 4 months. But I think there is a place for redemption here. We were at StarBucks and spotted an espresso maker. $1,200... need I say more. So, dear Dennis is off shopping on line looking for a better deal. I am thinking, No, please... let me buy the next coffee maker. I will spring for the $1,200 expert machine.
Well, the next week I came home to a huge box in the garage. Bosch it said. Well, whenever I think of coffee, I say Bosch... don't you?
Well, ok. So I said to myself... please... why didn't he let me buy the next machine. Really, it was my turn. Well, he put it together... read the instructions... 25 page booklet. The thing is 11 inches wide, 17 inches deep and tall. Fits nicely under the cupboards. Is pretty nice looking machine and has many bells and whistles. I do think if one were to try, it could bake bread too.
So, I was a bit rusty day one... the coffee sucked. I thought nice going guy.

So, this morning... I thought I'd give it a chance. I pressed the button, turned the knob to two espressos. It made 1/8 cup of coffee. So... I did it again... two shots of espresso. That makes 4 shots of espresso...It filled the cup 2/3rds full. So, I steamed a 1/4 cup of half and half and enjoyed the best coffee I've had for a while.
I by the way had two of them.
That makes 8 shots of espresso before 6:30 and my work out. Nice work out.
Can't wait till morning to have my 8 shots.
