Ava's First Birthday

Ava Is One
Our first granddaughter.
Sister of our first Grandson.

Ok. Today I now think I know her a bit. I was worried that I might not know Ava. But, here's the way it really works with her. She is so easy to get to know. She is easy going and accepting and amiable... it really doesn't matter so much who you are. She likes everyone... all the time. She is so calm and has a smile for anyone and everyone everywhere. What a dear child. So much like her grandma jama. Cowboy will post photos. I will try to steal a few.

We had a great time with Gabe and Ava. I am so proud of Lasha and Jo. They are raising such beautiful children. Well behaved, polite, kind and good. It really is wonderful to see it. Gabe takes really good care of Ava. He is so gentle with her... it's precious. She adores her brother. She copies everything he does.
Joe and Lasha are both well... Lasha as tough as always (uptight and anal) ... Joe as easy going (lazy and laid back). JUST KIDDING ALREADY.
Good to see them both inaction. They gave us tour of house they want to buy. Hope they get what they want... all the time.

Dad and I had a great time. For the record Ava is not chubby or fat... she's a baby. I am going to scan a photo of lasha this week if I remember to bring it to work and prove my point. She doesn't walk because she's not ready. These Hanson/Skalicky crosses are stubborn and do things their own way. She takes a few steps already and in a few weeks I bet she's all over that house... Look out Stewarts... Ava is in the house!
