Had a wonderful ride tonight on Krizzy. We have been getting along very well. She is my horse. My Purebred Arabian dressage animal. She is learning so much as I am as we ride
The therapy is what I love.
Type As need a horse. Making strides in improvement mean giving less to get more. A paradox to be sure. But, it's a lesson worth learning. The more you push, the tougher the going. It's somehow true.
Ok. So, today I slept in. Went to bed at 8:11 p.m.... slept most of the night until 6 a.m. when the alarm went off. Upon awaking, I was refreshed. Gathered myself up for another marathon.
Love my work. Love my employees. Challenges, obstacles, deliberations. All exciting and rewarding.
As for my personal goal of 128. Took a step back this a.m. Got on scale as I do everyday and again, after no not eating most of day, I suck. 137.
I gained .05 pounds. My intake all day yesterday: 1/4 pound grilled salmon. 1 cup of brocoli soup, two small sliced of Outback bread. Two glasses of wine. (16 oz... just kidding) really wine glasses: about 300 calories or less.
Today, one boiled egg. One cup of yogut. Chicken, tomatoes tons of garlic. Burschetta chicken, sans noodles.
Bread sticks. 2 glasses of wine; No supper.
Well. Not sure what the weight gain is all about. I've been 137 since thanksgiving.
Eat absolutely nothing. How can i be gaining weigth.
Going to get to bottome of this. But now I am too tired to thinkg about it and have to get ready to take off tomorrow.
